Pricing

Upon your arrival, you will be asked to:

• Pay a security deposit corresponding to one month’s fee. It will be returned in full at the end of the stay if there is no bedroom degradation or loss of keys/badge.
• Pay the Association’s 10€ annual membership
• Pay 30€ installation fee

If you already paid the 150€ reservation deposit, it will be deducted from your security deposit amount.

The application fee is non-refundable.

Whatever your country of origin, staying at our Residence makes you eligible to apply for the French social allocation called ALS (Allocation de Logement Sociale), on the condition that you meet its criteria.
