Long stay
For at least three months. Generally from September to June.
Only one application form is necessary. You select your preferred Residence, complete and submit the application form, and then follow the established procedure for payment of the application fee.
Our staff will process your application and, if accepted, you’ll have to send us documents to complete your application file.
If the Residence is not able to accommodate you due to lack of places, and if you agree, your application will be transferred to your second or third choice in order of preference and depending on their availability. In that case, there is no additional application fee and your file will be automatically transferred.
For the form to be complete, you must enclose all mandatory attachments and pay the 40€ application fee via PayPal (or bank cheque).
Your application form is automatically sent to our staff when you press the SUBMIT button. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Our staff will process your application. An email answer will be sent to you within two or three working days stating whether your application is:
- Accepted
- Put on the waiting list
- Denied
If accepted or put on the waiting list, you’ll be asked to confirm your interest and complete your application file by sending us:
- the signed Residency Rules
- the last requested documents
- the 150€ reservation deposit (non-refundable except if you were put on the waiting list and your application is finally denied).
You will definitely be assigned a room once we have received your reservation deposit.
Prior to arrival, you’ll be in contact with the residence staff to arrange a suitable move-in date and hour. Please note that upon your arrival you’ll be asked to:
- provide your private civil liability and home insurances papers
- pay a security deposit corresponding to one month’s fee
- pay the Association’s 10€ annual membership
Short stay
Up to 3 months

If the Residence is not able to accommodate you due to lack of places, your application will not be transferred automatically.

Our staff will process your application. An email answer will be sent to you within two or three working days. If space is available on your requested dates, you’ll be asked to complete your application file by either:
- if you stay more than a month, paying a 100€ security deposit that will be returned in full at the end of the stay if there is no bedroom degradation or loss of keys/badge
- if you stay less than a month, paying the full fee for you stay
You will definitely be assigned a room once we have received your security deposit or full fee.
