Accommodation

Trévise Residence accommodates 48 young men between 18 and 25, whether prospective students, interns, or first job seekers, from around the globe, with different cultures and traditions. Each bedroom is unique so the pricing is size-based.

125 years of history!

Built in 1893, the Residence is part of a 4,000 square meters complex which also houses a Community Center in which a theater, a gymnasium and other meeting rooms and classrooms are gathered. The gymnasium is the oldest basketball court in Europe!

The theatre district

Just a 5-minutes’ walk from Grands Boulevards metro station and the railway stations of Gare du Nord and Gare St Lazare, the Residence is located near the Opera district with its famous department stores. The district hosts numerous theatres and restaurants, and offers a teeming cultural life.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms spread over 5 floors with two stairways. The Residence has a private access which is  independent from the Community center. Residents are housed in either a single or double room, fully equipped with sink corner, bedding and furnishings. The sanitation facilities (toilets and showers) are shared with other residents on each floor.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: a communal equipped kitchen looking out onto the inner courtyard and is table tennis. two bright and quiet study rooms
a fitness room overlooking the central patio; a study room; and the reception.

ON THE MEZZANINE: a living room / dining-room with a TV.
ON THE 4TH FLOOR: a bright and quiet reading room with bookshelves, opening onto a shared balcony.
ON THE 5TH FLOOR: a laundry room.
IN THE COMMUNITY CENTER: the reception is situated on the 2nd floor.
