A student district

Just a 5-minute’s walk from Villiers metro station and the Saint-Lazare railway station, the Residence is located near the Monceau Park, close to the Sacré-Coeur, the Champs-Elysées and the Opera district with its famous department stores. The district has all shops and amenities.

100 years of history

Naples Residence opened in 1912. It is a period building with a wooden touch. The inner courtyard is a valuable asset in Paris, more especially since it hosts a small theater, like a well-kept secret.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms spread over 6 floors with two stairways. Residents are housed in either a single, double or triple room, fully equipped with sink corner, bedding and furnishings. The sanitation facilities (toilets and showers) are shared with other residents on each floor. Each bedroom is unique so the pricing is size-based.
