Application guidelines
Stay from 15 days to 3 months
Only one application form is necessary. You select your Residence, complete and submit the application form.
If the Residence is not able to accommodate you due to lack of places, your application will not be transferred automatically.
For the form to be complete, you must enclose all mandatory. Your application form is automatically sent to our staff when you press the SUBMIT button. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Our staff will process your application. An email answer will be sent to you within two or three working days. If space is available on your requested dates, you’ll be asked to complete your application file by either:
- if you stay more than a month, paying a 100€ security deposit that will be returned in full at the end of the stay if there is no bedroom degradation or loss of keys/badge
- if you stay less than a month, paying the full fee for you stay
You will definitely be assigned a room once we have received your security deposit or full fee.
Prior to arrival, you’ll be in contact with the residence staff to arrange a suitable move-in date and hour. Please note that upon your arrival you’ll be asked to:
- pay the Association’s 10€ annual membership
